Your tracking reference can be found on your shipping notification email from Parfume De Monde.

Amending an order

If you need to amend any details (such as delivery address) of your order, please contact us immediately at parfumedemonde@gmail.com as once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or amend it.

Risk

We assume the risk for the products before and during delivery. Once the products have been signed for, the risk (including loss and damage) will pass to the Customer.

Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.

Please Note

• Items must be returned unused and in good and saleable condition.
• We recommend all returns are sent using an insured and recorded delivery service with tracking and signature services.
• Parfume De Monde does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
• Please be sure to include your order number when returning candles.
• Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Parfume De Monde.
• Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
• Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
• Parfume De Monde does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
